In our restorative proposal, we believe we have fully achieved the inseparable link between agriculture and agritourism.
The only home-made first courses are those of the Romagna tradition, while the main courses are based on grilled meats or roasts coming from the farm.
For cheeses and dairy products we use the “Centrale del Latte di Cesena” cooperative and guarantee that all the milk and derivatives we use in our kitchen are only sourced from the Romagna provinces.
We produce and sell directly the cured meats and cold cuts that we season in our underground cellar.
Our restaurant is open to outside guests at the weekend (from Friday evening until Sunday evening).
There is the possibility of midweek lunch or dinner for groups of at least 15 people.
